Functional, fun and effective! Training in Connie’s Gym is a personal, private experience designed for your body, your goals and your personal needs for training. Whether you are new to fitness training or if you are an athlete, Connie’s Gym will work for you. Many styles and methods of training are incorporated to provide you a comprehensive fitness training program. Pilates, yoga, kick boxing, cardio and interval training, TRX, weights, stability balls and many other training “toys” are used to address your physical challenges or injuries and provide a balanced training program to improve every facet of your physical self. Group training is also available. Yoga and TRX classes are held weekly!

Sonya Cantu is Connie’s Gyms yoga instructor.  She combines several styles of yoga with soulful, heartfelt music to create a therapeutic and empowering practice. Sonya’s yoga practice is challenging for all levels of experience.

Sonya started her yoga journey in 2001 in Utah, where she studied to become a certified yoga instructor.  She continued her studies in California learning Astanga and Arusara styles of yoga. She blends the two styles into a unique, personal vinyasa flow mix.  Sonya teaches a laidback and fun class in Connie’s Gym’s beautiful setting.  Classes are small and the room is spacious for a wonderful yoga experience!
